Key Responsibilities Translate high-level business requirements into concrete technical projects for internal stakeholders including portfolio managers, risk managers, and business leads Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery tracking Ensure all changes align with platform strategy and architectural direction Collaborate closely with engineering and quant teams; provide data analysis and project guidance Focus areas include pre-trade analytics, real-time position and risk, and performance analysis Lead medium to long-term initiatives, including bespoke requests from portfolio managers Requirements Solid experience in fixed income markets, preferably across rates, credit, FX, or mortgage-backed securities Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and technical design Ability to navigate complex project environments with multiple teams, applications, and stakeholders Effective communicator, capable of interfacing with both technical teams and business leaders Demonstrated ownership of full project cycles with a delivery mindset Positive advocate for design, testing, and continuous integration in fast-paced development settings Curiosity-driven and independent, with a global mindset and collaborative spirit Detail-oriented and highly organized
