Housekeeping Executive (East/ Central)

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Housekeeping Manager in daily housekeeping operations across rooms and common areas.
- Conduct routine room checks and common area inspections to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and quality standards.
- Carry out quality control (QC) checks for move-in readiness and post-cleaning verification.
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily and periodic cleaning schedules.
- Oversee outsourced housekeeping teams to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and service standards.
- Monitor room turnaround timelines and escalate delays or quality issues when necessary.
- Track and report room status, housekeeping defects, and deep-cleaning schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment.
- Assist with ordering housekeeping supplies and verifying deliveries from vendors.
- Handle Lost & Found documentation, storage, and record-keeping in accordance with SOPs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports for management review.
- Liaise with housekeeping vendors on manpower deployment, task allocation, and work quality.
- Support onboarding and basic training of housekeepers and interns as required.
- Ensure timely communication with the Operations team on room readiness and turnover status.
- Work closely with Operations Executives to support the resolution of housekeeping-related tenant feedback and service issues.
- Identify operational gaps and propose improvements to housekeeping processes and standards.
- Perform other housekeeping-related duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager from time to time.
- Perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by the management.
