Sales Coordinator / Sales Assistant (Aviation Industry) – $3,000 + Bonus

• Basic salary: SGD 3,000 + 1-year completion bonus
• Work Location: Yishun, JTC Aviation Two
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• 1-year contract (maternity cover)
• Annual leave: 7 days

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Support the sales team with order processing and administrative tasks
• Manage and track customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment
• Respond promptly to customers on order status and updates
• Coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment planning
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and customers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all sales activities

• Minimum ITE qualification or relevant experience in sales support
• Experience in aviation/aerospace industry is an advantage (not required)
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
