We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our team!
As a Duty Manager, we rely on you to:
- Ensure smooth operation daily
- Enhance overall guest experience during their stay
- Supervise and direct the Front Office team
- Ensure all colleagues are kept up to date with hotel products and services
- Monitor all arrivals and departures from a guest experience perspective
- Respond to emergencies according to standard operating procedure (SOP) and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Is a friendly, helpful, and trustworthy leader
- Fully understands Rooms and Front Desk operations
- Has experience in the same capacity with hotel/resort background with OPMS knowledge and related hotel's front office system
- Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background
- Has experience in managing emergency response/ crisis management
- CERT and First Aider certified is an added advantage
- 5-day work week
