Senior Data Analyst

• Strategic Insights & Deep Dives: Lead advanced analytics and regional deep-dives across SEAA markets to deliver executive-ready storytelling and data-driven recommendations.
• KPI Framework & Alignment: Design, define, and align business metrics and KPI frameworks across multiple regions and stakeholders.
• Dashboarding & Optimization: Build and optimize sophisticated, scalable Power BI dashboards that translate complex business questions into clear visual answers.
• Data Governance & Quality: Oversee data validation, reconciliation, and quality control across large, multi-source datasets.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Actively manage stakeholder expectations, challenge business requirements when necessary, and prioritize competing market demands.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Databricks, expert SQL, and strong Python skills for handling large-scale data processing.
• Data Architecture: Advanced Power BI capabilities (including complex DAX and data modeling) alongside robust data modeling principles.
• Experience & Impact: Proven track record in flexible analytics delivery across global/regional markets and a history of building metrics from scratch.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional structured problem-solving, decisive prioritization, strong communication skills, and a high degree of professional ownership.

Junior Data Analyst

• Reporting & Scaling Support: Execute recurring reporting workflows and maintain existing dashboards to support scalable business operations.
• Data Prep & Extraction: Run data extraction, cleaning, and transformation processes using established, structured templates.
• Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular data validation checks and assist with day-to-day campaign and KPI tracking.
• Collaborative Execution: Support the Senior Analyst on ad-hoc requests, following defined workflows to ensure delivery accuracy.

• Technical Foundations: Solid SQL fundamentals and advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Tooling Familiarity: Functional, basic knowledge of Databricks and Power BI ecosystems; basic Python is a plus but not mandatory.
• Core Competencies: Sharp attention to detail, reliability in executing routine tasks, a strong willingness to learn, and clear communication when seeking clarification.
