Your new role

As the Supply Chain / Warehouse Specialist, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end warehousing operations, playing a critical role in setting up and optimising processes from the ground up. You will be hands‑on in designing workflows, implementing controls, and supporting operational changes as the organisation evolves.

Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing and managing end‑to‑end warehouse operations (inbound, storage, inventory control, outbound)
• Setting up SOPs, processes, and systems in a greenfield or evolving environment
• Ensuring compliance with medical device quality and regulatory requirements
• Partnering cross‑functionally with procurement, quality, logistics, and commercial teams
• Supporting change initiatives and continuously improving warehouse efficiency and accuracy

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• Proven experience of minimum 3 years in warehouse or supply chain operations, ideally within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries
• Experience building or restructuring warehouse operations or processes from scratch
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, controls, and compliance requirements
• A hands‑on, agile mindset with the ability to adapt to change and ambiguity
• Strong stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills
