Bulk Delivery Driver Trainer
Linde Group Bukit Batok Full-time
The position will perform delivery of bulk products to the customers in a safe, efficient and timely manner. The position is responsible for coaching/training junior/newly hired drivers and assist in incident investigations if any.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Delivery of air gases
- Delivery of high purity air gases
- Delivery of LCO2 gas
- Delivery of tube trailer gases
- Bill accurately to customers using in house app
- Coaching junior drivers
- Conduct practical training for drivers
- Conduct safety assessments for new and existing customers
- Conduct safety briefings for junior drivers
- Participate in incident investigations
- Perform safety checks on vehicles
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Post-secondary education, NITEC, Higer NITEC
- Experience in Distribution, Logistics, Transportation is a plus
- Experience in leading blue-collar workers is a plus
- Experience in Oil & Gas Industry is a plus
- 24 months of relevant driving experience within the last 5 years
