Bedok - Associate Trainer - Digital/ AI Courses

• Conduct IT training for adults including learners with low IT literacy or those without any IT skills
• The trainer must be able to teach in both CORE and ADVANCED level.
• Ability to conduct other IT courses such as Digital Citizen Tablet, Equal Skills, Introduction to ICDL Basic courses.
• To deliver training in a classroom format and conduct assessments

• Conduct engaging AI training sessions (SkillsFuture-funded)
• Simplify complex AI tools for practical, real-world use
• Guide learners through hands-on exercises

• Able to contextualize training delivery depending on the profile of the participants
• Hands-on and able to deliver training content interestingly
• Able to maintain high engagement throughout training delivery
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Able to converse and train in English. [Ability to speak in Chinese (conversational) will be an added advantage for our non-English speaking participant]
• Professional, PUNCTUAL and patience.

Qualification and Requirement:

• Must have Full ACTA certification (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment)
• Background in teaching similar courses
• Possess a minimum Diploma in Computing/ Computer Science/ IT/ IT Engineering or any Engineering related fields or Master degree / Bachelor degree / Advanced degree in any field
