• Support the Relationship Managers in operational duties including taking investment orders, remittances, account documentations and credit modifications.
• Provide client relationship building and account maintenance to facilitate the business of Relationship Manager.
• Handle administrative duties including KYC/AML and onboarding pre-checks.

• Existing CACS 1 and 2.
• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accountancy/Banking & Finance or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience in serving high net-worth clients.
• Knowledge of private banking and treasury services, good understanding of banking operations and policies.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with good organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer-focused mindset.
