Class 3 Delivery Driver - Woodlands
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Class 3 Delivery Driver & Food Production Assistant. This is a hands-on role with two core responsibilities: ensuring timely, professional delivery of our cultured dairy products and supporting daily production operations.
You'll be an important part of a lean, mission-driven team committed to quality and transparency.
Key Responsibilities- Deliveries & Logistics (60–75%)
- Operate company vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver orders across Singapore.
- Pack, check, and load goods with care; maintain cold chain integrity.
- Deliver on time and with professionalism; communicate with clients respectfully.
- Verify invoices and ensure proper sign-off.
- Maintain delivery records and report any incidents immediately.
- Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized, and road-safe.
- Food Production Support (25–40%)
- Assist with preparation, packaging, and machine operation/cleaning.
- Help maintain production hygiene and cleanliness.
- Support with stock checks, goods receiving, and documentation.
- Participate in day-to-day upkeep and ad-hoc production tasks.
- A team player who takes pride in being dependable, efficient, and respectful.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting loads of up to 25kg.
- Good communicator who takes initiative and follows procedures closely.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
- Must be able to drive a manual vehicle, bonus if experienced at driving cold truck
- Minimum 2 years’ driving experience with a clean record — subject to verification.
- Very proficient in reading and writing English (for order forms, SOPs, and communication).
- Basic knowledge of Singapore roads and route efficiency.
- L1 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not mandatory).
- Must be eligible to work in Singapore.

Employment Type: Full Time; 5.5 days per week (44 hours)
Working hours: 8am - 5pm Mon to Fri; 8:30am-12:30pm Sat
