• Collaborate closely with interior designers and/or clients, understanding project requirements and translating them into compelling visuals.
• Develop detailed and accurate 3D models of interior spaces, incorporating furniture, fixtures, finishes, and carpentry.
• Generate photorealistic renderings that effectively communicate the design intent, functionality, and aesthetic of the space to clients.
• Prepare precise drawings for layouts, detailed plans, and other custom elements.
• Maintain and organize a comprehensive library of 3D models and materials to streamline project workflows.
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment, ensuring technical accuracy and design integrity throughout the process.
• Be Pro-active in staying at the forefront of 3D modeling software and emerging trends in interior design.

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a 3D Drafter within an architectural or interior design firm.
• Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software, such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and V-Ray.
• A strong understanding of fundamental interior design principles, spatial planning, and construction detailing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
