Production (Assistant Engineer / Operator /Maintenance Technician)

1. Assistant Engineer -12 hrs Shift/Up $3,500 + $10 per Shift @Woodlands

• Salary range: $3,000 - $3,500 + $10 per Shift / Company Transport: JB /& Various location
• 12hrs Shift (Work 4 day, Off 2 days, Rest 1 day); working hrs will be advice during interview.
• Ensure sufficient manpower, verify receipt of quantities/materials, update inventory/work order details.
• Ensuring production processes are executed under controlled and standardized conditions.
• Set up machinery/equipment in accordance with specified parameters & guidelines.
• Ensure operators are adhere to work instructions and provide technical support to resolve issues.
• Issue DO for parts to subcontractors and reviewing & approving operators’ output records.
• Make decisions for quality concerns to meet product standards, suspend production if issues arise.
• Report quality/production issues to supervisor. Analyzing and investigating defective products.
• Coordinating quality system audits and ensuring timely resolution of identified issues.
• Identify work risks, recommending risk mitigation measures and implementing practices.
• Investigating accidents to determine root causes, promote EHS through training and initiatives.
• Plan production schedule, Overtime and arrange manpower for the shift.
• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical with 2 years in manufacturing environment.

1. Production Operator /Rotation or Fixed @Senoko

• Salary range: Up to $2,000 Basic + $70 Meal + $9 per Day Shift + $18 per Night Shift
• Working hours: Day; 8am - 6pm & 6pm - 8pm (OT); Night; 12pm - 9pm
• Assembling, inspecting, and testing components to meet quality standards.
• Setting up, running, and maintaining production machinery.
• Recording production data, maintaining logs, and ensuring adherence to GMP
• Comfortable working in Cleanroom environment and wearing Jumpsuit.
• Operate, set and maintain the production machinery according to instructions and schedules.

1. Maintenance Technician /Mon-Thur, 8am - 8pm /Up to $3,595 Gross @Woodlands

• Perform maintenance on mechanical equipment such as Pumps/filtration/Heat exchanger etc.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures, identifying root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Execute repairs, overhauls, and installations of machinery components with precision.
• Perform welding, pipefitting, fabrication tasks, and document maintenance activities..
• Continuous improvement of Preventive Maintenance schedules and SOP.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment upgrades, modifications, and capital projects.
• Train junior technicians on best practices, safety procedures, and specific equipment repair techniques.
• Ensure all equipment and maintenance activities comply with local and federal regulations.
• Diploma in Mechanical with 5 years experience in Polypropylene (PP)
• Expertise in pump and piping system maintenance, materials/sealing mechanisms.
• Able to interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and P&ID, work @height, and standby 24/7
