Student care centre manager (up to $4.5k/ 5 days workweek)

• Location: Katong

• Salary: Up to $4,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily centre operations and ensure smooth execution of schedules and programmes
• Maintain high standards of safety, supervision, and hygiene
• Manage administrative matters including attendance, billing coordination, and reporting
• Lead and mentor teaching team; drive performance and team alignment
• Serve as main liaison for parents; manage feedback and student progress updates
• Ensure consistent delivery and quality of centre programmes
• Handle student wellbeing, behavioural matters, and safeguarding practices
• Support enrolment efforts, conduct centre tours, and assist with hiring and onboarding

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in student care / education / childcare
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
• Confident in handling parent and student matters professionally
• Organised, proactive, and execution-focused

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in premium education environments or inquiry-based learning
