In-house Interior Designer (3D Rendering & Drafter)
About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented In-house Designer (3D Rendering & Drafter) to join our team. This role focuses on interior design work — no sales required.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed design proposals, including technical drawings and 3D renderings.
- Select and source furniture, fixtures, and finishes to bring design concepts to life.
- Develop creative, innovative, and functional interior design concepts and plans.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure timely and high-quality implementation.
- Maintain strong project knowledge to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
- Perform other design-related tasks as assigned by Management.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of residential interior design experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (knowledge of other design software is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- 5-day work week (work-life balance)
