Part-Time Showflat Assistant - Bedok

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Part-Time Showflat Assistant to support daily operations at our showflat. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and register walk-in visitors
• Assist with administrative duties such as data entry and documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the showflat reception area
• Handle phone and email enquiries courteously
• Support the sales team with ad hoc tasks as needed
• Ensure marketing materials and brochures are replenished and neatly displayed

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays if required
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 12pm to 7pm

Hourly Rate:

• $8-12/hour, depending on experience
