- Membership Growth & Engagement
Be at the forefront of growing and strengthening our membership community. You will conceptualise and execute initiatives that attract, engage, and support members across all stages of their journey—ultimately deepening relationships and enhancing member value.
From dynamic roadshows and onboarding programmes to community events and outreach initiatives, you will play a key role in creating impactful touchpoints that inspire belonging and loyalty.- Events & Experience Creation
Bring ideas to life by developing and delivering engaging, purposeful events that resonate with our members.
You will:
- Drive events from vision, execution to fruition, ensuring meaningful experiences
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless, high-quality programmes
- Work with marketing and communications teams to amplify outreach, drive participation, and showcase impact across AUPE’s platforms
- Membership Operations & Support
Be part of the engine that keeps our membership ecosystem running smoothly.
You will support membership administration processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a positive experience for our members at every touchpoint.- G Kandasamy Scholarship – Nurturing Future Potential
Play a meaningful role in transforming lives through education.
You will manage the end-to-end administration of the AUPE G Kandasamy Scholarship, from outreach and application management to selection and award disbursement. Beyond administration, you will journey with awardees—supporting their growth, tracking their progress, and ensuring fulfilment of their commitments.
