• We are looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist
• The role will start out as a contract

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Consumer marketing and retail experience required.
• Partnership experience is a must - e.g. working with media partners
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, e-Commerce, and CRM strategies.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with channel partners in a flexible and dynamic environment.

Job Description

Channel Partner Management:

• Ensure partner communications are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing/campaign strategy
• Manage end-to-end marketing deliverables for channel partners, ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, understanding their marketing objectives and aligning company initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with our Sales team to ensure marketing objectives and ROI align with partner sales goals.
• Plan and execute co-marketing activities, including promotions, product launches, and joint campaigns.
• Monitor partner performance against agreed KPIs, providing regular updates and optimization recommendations.

Strategic Marketing Initiatives:

• Identify and develop win-win marketing programmes with channel partners, leveraging joint resources and budgets.
• Explore new strategic opportunities with partners to enhance brand presence and consumer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel partner marketing initiatives with broader marketing strategy.

Support for Key Launch Campaigns:

• Support the wider Integrated Marketing team in the planning and execution of company's key launch campaigns
• Drive 360 Integrated Marketing initiatives, from planning through to execution and optimization.
