This is a Temporary Assistant Manager / Manager role for a maternity cover, with the potential for conversion into a contract position within the research and innovation function.- Draft and review industry partnership and research-related legal agreements.
- Coordinate agreement negotiations involving multiple internal stakeholders and institutional entities.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending contractual matters to ensure continuity.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and policy documentation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the research office.
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or a related academic discipline.
- Experience in research contract administration or related legal and administrative functions.
- Knowledge of the national research funding ecosystem and local grant frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across various levels.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks independently and meet strict deadlines.
