Assistant Project Manager (Building Construction/Commercial Warehouse, A1 Main Con)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute projects to meet deadlines, budget, and client expectations.
• Monitor progress, identify key tasks, and ensure smooth site operations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, including consultants and subcontractors, for seamless project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Verify that work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and regulations.
• Manage resource availability and allocation.
• Develop and track detailed project plans.
• Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs with appropriate verification.
• Conduct risk management to reduce project risks.
• Measure performance using relevant tools and techniques.
• Maintain thorough project documentation.
• Oversee construction site matters, including safety and compliance.
• Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and PEB-recognized.
• Around 10 years of project management experience in residential, government, and commercial buildings.
• Experience with A1 or A2 building companies.
