Process Technician (Precision Manufacturing | MNC)

Location: Ang Mo Kio
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM
Salary: Up to $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

About the Role

Our client, a well-established multinational corporation in the precision manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Process Technician to join their operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in operating, maintaining, and optimising specialised process equipment to ensure top-quality production output.

Key Responsibilities

Operate lapping and polishing processes to achieve high-quality results
Assist in machine installation, setup, and provide training to operators
Carry out routine servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of process equipment
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and workplace safety standards
Work closely with engineers to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency

Requirements

Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline
Able to read and interpret technical drawings
Familiarity with measuring tools (micrometers, height gauges, CMM) preferred
2–3 years’ experience in machine operations, process control, or equipment servicing preferred
AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage
