Personal Chauffeur

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional driving skills, punctuality, and a strong sense of confidentiality while ensuring a premium travel experience.

• Safely drive the Senior Executive and family members to and from various destinations (office, meetings, social events, school runs, airport transfers, etc.).
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of all assigned vehicles at all times.
• Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off schedules, adapting to last-minute changes.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate servicing, repairs, and registration renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any expenses related to transportation.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding executive and family activities, conversations, and personal matters.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance during travel.
• Occasionally run errands or assist with family-related tasks as requested.

• Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal or executive chauffeur.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.
• Strong sense of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
• Physically fit and able to assist with luggage and other tasks.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.

• Experience driving luxury vehicles.
• Defensive driving certification.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and traffic apps.
• Previous experience serving families.
