• Starting Pay: $3,000 – $4,000 per month, experienced manager may start at a higher pay

• Provide excellent customer service to students, parents and retail walk-ins and handle enquries professionally.
• Promote courses and products to support sales and enrolment growth.
• Support Managers in overseeing daily business and school operations, including follow-up of enquiries and leads, scheduling, marketing activities and administrative duties.
• Maintain the presentation and smooth running of the music school/retail floor.
• Oversee outlet operations and lead the team to achieve KPIs (for Managers).
• Manage maketing activities, sales and inventory to drive outlet growth (for Managers).

• Eligibility: Singaporeans/Singapore Permanent Residents with decent qualifications.
• Customer and sales-focused with good verbal communication skills.
• A self-driven professional with a good work ethic, prepared to thrive in a dynamic retail environment including weekends and retail hours.
• Schedule: 1) 5-day workweek (includes working on Saturday, Sunday, or both). 2) 5/6 days or 6 days, for more income.
