Assistant Manager/Manager - Communications & Engagement

Key Responsibilities
- You will develop and execute an integrated communications and engagement strategy, delivering content across a range of communication channels, e.g. townhalls, e-bulletins.
- You will design and implement structured engagement platforms such as pulse surveys and focus groups to gather staff feedback, analyse sentiments, and identify emerging concerns. Drawing on these insights, you will develop actionable recommendations to inform leadership decisions and refine communications strategies.
- You will also support leadership alignment by ensuring coherent messaging across diverse stakeholder groups, and track key metrics to assess and improve the effectiveness of your communications efforts.
- A degree in any discipline, with experience in communications, engagement, or change management. Prior experience in organisational transformation or public sector initiatives would be an advantage.
- You should be a strong communicator who is equally comfortable crafting a message and facilitating a room, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
