Field Service Engineer ⚡

Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 Basic
Transport Allowance: $400 - $600
Mobile Allowance: $100
Standby Allowance: $60/week
Benefits: AWS + Variable Bonus

Work Location: Based on project sites (islandwide)
Working Hours
Rostered 5-day work week
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of DC power systems, rectifiers, UPS systems, batteries, inverters, BESS, and related electrical equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose faults at system, module, board, and component levels
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability and availability
Conduct site acceptance testing (SAT), functional testing, repairs, and system verification before customer handover
Respond to service calls, emergency breakdowns, and customer support requests promptly

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical role
Experience with power systems, UPS, batteries, rectifiers, or related electrical equipment preferred
Willing to travel island wide based on project assignments
Possess a valid Class 2B or Class 3/3A driving licence
Physically fit and comfortable working on-site
