support tender submissions and evaluate subcontractor packages

knowledge and skills

bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
minimum 8 years of contract management experience, with LTA project exposure
strong knowledge of VO, claims, and SOPA
prior experience leading a team
good communication and negotiation skills
