Export Sales Manager - Bukit Batok

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead and grow our overseas business in the frozen food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing export sales strategies, managing international client accounts, and overseeing all aspects of import/export operations, including customs clearance and shipping arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement export sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Identify and secure new overseas customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with international buyers.
• Coordinate export activities including order processing, documentation, and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs brokers for smooth and timely delivery.
• Ensure all customs clearance procedures are properly followed and documentation is complete.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Work closely with the production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve any shipping or customs issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Export Sales Manager or in a similar role in the frozen food or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs clearance procedures, and international shipping.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and export documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the frozen food industry.
