Our clientis seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager / Key AccountManager to drive sales growth and business development acrossinternational markets via a network of distributors. This stand-alone role sorequires an allrounder with a hands on mentality to cover a range of sales andoperational activities.
This role will focus on strengthening distributorpartnerships, executing commercial and trade marketing strategies, andidentifying opportunities to expand product distribution, categories, andgeographic reach.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Partner closely with internationaldistributors to manage and grow key account business across assigned markets.
- Develop and execute business plansto achieve revenue targets and agreed commercial KPIs.
- Lead the implementation of marketingcalendars, promotional activities, and commercial programs within distributormarkets.
- Manage and execute approved trademarketing initiatives, ensuring effective in-market activation.
- Monitor market performance throughregular market visits, including retail audits, competitor pricing andpromotional analysis, and category trend monitoring.
- Identify opportunities to expand theportfolio through new product launches, category development, or geographicexpansion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experiencein key account management within consumer goods or related industries. FMCGFood experience highly preferred.
- YOU MUST BE CURRENTLY BASED INSINGAPORE – Singaporeanor SGPR candidates preferred.
- Strong trade marketingexperience within consumer products.
- Experience launching or introducingnew products into international markets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with theability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Strong analytical, criticalthinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
- Demonstrated experience working withfinancial data and managing P&L performance.
