Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve dishes and drinks with attention to detail and hospitality.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of dining areas and service stations.
- Handle guest feedback and requests promptly and courteously.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth operations.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Prior F&B service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
