Junior Operations Executive

Le Petit Society is a renowned baby and kids clothing brand dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainable products designed with children and families in mind. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Operations Executive to join our team and ensure the seamless execution of our brand promises and timely delivery of orders to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with order fulfilment, from picking and packing to arranging delivery through delivery platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage
• Prepare re-stocks to our physical stores and other distribution channels
• Process new stock arrivals, which includes stock counts, price-tagging, splitting stocks across physical stores and online channels, and updating inventory on all e-commerce platform and systems
• Maintain general upkeep of the warehouse, ensuring all physical stocks are properly organised and stored in a tidy manner
• Assist with customer service enquiries when required
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the retail or fashion industry, is preferred
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality control
• Effective communication skills, and able to work well in a team
• Familiarity with shipping carriers, logistics software and e-commerce platforms is a plus

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Fridays 9am-6pm
• Alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm
