Finance Specialist (Management Reporting) – 6 Months Contract

We are seeking an experienced Finance Specialist (6 months contract) with a focus on Management Reporting to join our team. The incumbent will be supporting Management Reporting team including the following:

• Prepare accurate and timely management reports, including monthly forecasts and bi-annual budgeting for the S.E.A. (and India) region, with variance and trend analysis
• Support the preparation of Bi-Annual budget and monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities
• Analyse financial performance and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Provide analysis and deliver insights that link financial reports to business strategies
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by the management to support decision making on various projects and initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA / relevant professional accounting qualification
• At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable working with large and complex data sets
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
• Highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision
