IT & Digital Operations Executive

The role also works closely with internal teams on administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient digital and office operations across the organization.

• Platform Management: Maintain company website content, ensure products/services are updated in real-time, and handle basic data entry within the backend system.
• Social Media Operations: Manage daily content posting and basic community engagement across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Basic Technical Support: Maintain simple office network connectivity (Wi-Fi/router troubleshooting) and liaise with external IT vendors for complex hardware issues.
• Digital Asset Management: Manage corporate social media account permissions, track domain renewals, and oversee basic cloud storage/document management.
• Administrative Collaboration: Assist the team with other daily operations and general administrative tasks.

• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to manage bilingual social media copy.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic office software (MS Office) and common website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of operational experience are welcome to apply.
• Personal Attributes: Quick learner with a proactive attitude toward resolving basic office network or equipment issues.
