Recruitment Consultant (360)

We are looking for a results-driven Recruitment Consultant to manage the full 360° recruitment sales cycle, from business development and client acquisition to candidate placement and deal closure.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering talent solutions across engineering and technical sectors.

You will have the autonomy to manage your own pipeline while being supported by an experienced internal recruitment team.

• Develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship building
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including client acquisition, job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand workforce needs
• Work closely with internal recruiters to deliver suitable candidates within agreed timelines
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and placement targets
• Monitor market trends, manpower demands, and industry developments
• Support management initiatives and undertake additional duties or projects as assigned, in line with business requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related discipline
• Proven experience in recruitment with exposure to the full 360° recruitment process
• Strong business development and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and clients independently
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in engineering, oil & gas, or technical recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory
