Company Secretary - Bukit Merah

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide corporate secretarial support to portfolio of companies
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external company secretary service providers and other business partners as required
  • Assist with the incorporation, restructuring, and dissolution of entities across the region as required.
  • Maintain group structure charts, entity registers, and ensure group-wide corporate governance standards are upheld.
  • Monitor corporate compliance calendars to ensure timely regulatory submissions
  • Assist in corporate due diligence, audits, and internal reviews
  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other regional regulatory and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more Company Secretarial working experience is required
  • Prior private practice experience and must have experience managing entities across different jurisdictions and understand differences driven by regulatory requirements
  • Inhouse experience within an MNC managing entities and compliance across the group an advantage
  • Organized, strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Problem solving attitude, willingness to work with different stakeholders
