• Expected salary: $2,300 - $2,600 per month
• This role is an urgent hire

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the safety and security of the dormitory premises.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Handle tenant check-in and check-out procedures.
• Ensure tenants comply with dormitory rules and regulations.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or security concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily reports on activities and incidents.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid PLRD Security Officer License.
• Able to work rotating shifts (morning & night).
• Responsible, alert, and able to handle situations calmly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in dormitory or security operations will be an advantage.
