Job Description
Responsibilities:
You will maintain a continuous improvement mindset to seek out opportunities for enhancements to quality, productivity and/or patient safety care.- Assist in prescription processing/supplying of medicines to outpatients, inpatient and other departments, e.g.: Laboratory, Radiology and wards
- Pack oral and topical medications
- Collect prescription charges for outpatients
- Assist Pharmacist in store management
- Assist in compiling statistics for reports and survey
- Involve in Quality Improvement or Patient Safety Project
Requirements:
- Pharmacy Assistant : N/O/A Levels (min.)
- Pharmacy Technician :
- Diploma in Pharmaceautical Science / Diploma in Applied Science (Pharmaceautical Science)
- WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Pharmacy Support) or equivalent
- Preferably with experience in clinic or hospital setting
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
