What You'll Be Doing- Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking activities
- Conduct interviews and candidate screenings to assess suitability for job opportunities
- Provide career guidance and job matching services to candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Understand hiring requirements and market trends across various industries
- Support business development activities, including client outreach and relationship building
- Specialize in temporary, contract, permanent, and executive recruitment solutions

- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in speaking with people from different backgrounds
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Diploma or Degree holders are welcome to apply
- No experience required – full training and mentorship provided
- Candidates with recruitment, sales, business development, account management, or customer service experience are encouraged to apply
