Nurse Clinician #HVW - Bukit Merah

• Assessment:Gathering patient history, performing physical exams, and assessing overall health conditions.
• Diagnosis:Identifying and diagnosing medical conditions, often in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Treatment:Administering medications and treatments, providing wound care, and assisting in minor procedures.
• Monitoring:Monitoring vital signs and patient progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Education:Educating patients and families on self-care, disease management, medication management, and lifestyle modifications.

Leadership and Mentorship:

• Leading Teams:Providing guidance and direction to junior nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Mentoring:Mentoring and supporting other nurses to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Quality Improvement:Participating in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Interdisciplinary Teams:Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, physical therapists, and social workers, to provide holistic patient care.
• Patient and Family Communication:Communicating effectively with patients and families to provide support, education, and address their concerns.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Nursing
• At least 3 years of experience as SSN I in a clinical setting.
• Good communication skills
• Experience in leadership/mentorship will be advantageous
