We’re looking for a part-time Retail Executive to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences in our showroom.

Job Summary:

As a Retail Executive, you will be the face of our brand in the showroom, responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the showroom is a welcoming and engaging environment for all visitors. You will play a crucial role in guiding customers through their purchase journey, from understanding their needs to helping them select the perfect mattress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome customers as they enter the showroom, providing personalized service and expert product knowledge
  • Sales: Drive sales by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and closing sales efficiently.
  • Product and Subject Knowledge: Stay updated on all product offerings, including mattress features, benefits, and promotions, to confidently answer customer questions.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times. Handle basic inventory management and restocking.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance to the management team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support promotional activities and achieve showroom sales targets.

Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home goods, health and wellness or related sectors.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good initiatives and motivated
  • Understanding of inventory management and POS process.
