Information Technology Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders and project leads to gather requirements and convert them into effective solutions by analysing the requirements of the project
- Enhance and maintain existing applications, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Develop the test cases and debug software applications that meet both user needs and business objectives
- Involved in creation of Automation test cases
- Prioritize UAT test design, execution for a fast-paced and oftentimes high-pressure environment to meet expected timeframes.
- Document and verify the Requirements to Monitor and Control.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation/ reporting
- Responsible in Requirement gathering and analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analyst/ Testing/ reporting
- Experience in Automation Testing or Manual test engineering using TOSCA or HP UFT or Selenium
- Strong experience in development of test cases using Java
- Experience in Business Analysis is required
- Good Knowledge on Card application and Financial Domain
- Proficient in Test Management Tools - HP-ALM, JIRA, vision plus
- Knowledge of Card Life/Transaction life cycle, Mapping, GL Financial Reconciliation
- Experience in Agile methodology/ scrum is preferred.
Good Knowledge of BASE 24, Mainframeand ALM
