Job Description
- Provide architectural design and consultancy services for FOSI projects.
- Develop, review, and refine architectural designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with statutory codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Monitor ongoing project progress and quality of work.
- Assist in verifying work completion for progress payment certification.
- Support project teams in resolving design and technical issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (required).
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Excellent coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of project workflow, progress monitoring, and basic payment certification process.
