Sourcing and Contracts Specialist - Bukit Merah

Our client is a leading mulitech social media company. This is a 10 month contract role.

The incubment will administer activities related to contracts for services necessary for the operation of an establishment.

Job Responsibilities:

Research and evaluate performance requirements of suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability and other relevant factors.
Review bids from suppliers for conformity to contract requirements and determine acceptable bids.
Provides bids, process specification, test and progress reports, and other exhibits as necessary.
Requests or support amendments to or extensions of contracts.
Advises relevant departments of contractual rights and obligations.
Monitor services to ensure that goods/services come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods or services.
Manages any contractual / administrative / order management work to support the various projects/bids
Dashboard creation and work with internal teams to drive automation
Build & analyze scorecard

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field or equivalent.
Min 8-10 years as a sourcing specialist with contract management , project management , process mapping experience from Technology or Multinational companies.
Ability to analyze reports, price proposals and other technical or relevant data.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Ability to predict consumer buying patterns.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing/services.
Well versed with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word/Excel and Tableau.
Good communication and stakehodler management skills
