Project Sales Executive - Bukit Merah

Responsibilities:
- Plan and review weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual performance of sales, orders and collections
- Monitoring and implementing actions to improve sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Provide a detailed and accurate specification / schedule adhering to all pertinent Building codes, standards and total requirements of ASSA ABLOY products as requested by the clients
- Provide customer product quotations for perspective tenders and be proficient in the tender interview process
- Project management on site; performing inspections at job site, attend site meetings and address site issues, including training of contractors and ensuring that ASSA ABLOY’s products are properly installed
- Work together with internal project sales team to ensure that the bills of quantities are promptly updated and assist in the preparation of project scheduling and installation of sample boards and mock-up samples as may be required
- Work closely with internal logistics support team to ensure that our deliveries are properly and promptly delivered according to schedule
- Assist the finance department in the follow-up of payment from customers, by ensuring that all necessary documentation especially in regards to project progress claims are submitted according to schedule and on time
- Liaise closely between customers and our sales, logistics, finance support teams to maximize and enhance customer service levels, especially where product installation/repair is necessary
- Assist in the maintenance of the showroom, as may be required and ensure that the display samples are in proper working condition
- Any other ad-hoc projects and / or assignments, which may be assigned by the company
- Contribute to achieving sales budget as defined
- Maintain a close regular and profession working relationship with existing and prospective customers to maximise ASSA ABLOY Singapore market share
- Liaise with ASSA ABLOY personnel to maximise customer service level
Requirements:
- Having good networks with the decision-makers of project developers, designers, architects, contractors, sub-contractors, Door makers and supplier
- Excellent experience in door hardware’s solution in project sales sector is preferred
- Good knowledge of floor plan drawing
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in project sales or related
- Strong familiarity with project management tools
- Good command over written and spoken English
- Computer literate (good skill in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Words, Powerpoint).
