Geylang - Executive, Research Coordinator
Our Client is looking for Research Coordinator Executive to support cardiology research initiatives and clinical audit programmes in a public healthcare setting.
In this dual-function role, you will play a vital part in the Transitional Shared Care Programme (TSCP) for cardiology patients and contribute to clinical audit efforts to improve care outcomes. You will work closely with clinicians, care coordinators, and primary care partners to ensure smooth patient transitions, track programme effectiveness, and manage audit data submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Coordination
- Screen and assess cardiology patients for enrolment eligibility.
- Engage clinicians to confirm patient suitability.
- Communicate patient treatment targets with primary care providers.
- Track and manage follow-up appointments at cardiology clinics.
- Provide health counselling and outreach to patients who miss follow-ups.
- Maintain a comprehensive database and track programme performance indicators.
- Clinical Audit Coordination
- Collect and manage acute myocardial infarction mortality data for timely submission to authorities.
- Prepare and submit reports to departmental and governance offices.
- Collect diagnostic, procedural, medication, and clinical outcome data.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of audited data to regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Life Sciences, Health Sciences or Allied Health
- Familiarity with clinical workflows and patient data management.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage both patients and healthcare professionals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with data tracking tools is a plus.
