Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of junior technicians to run the daily operation issues, routine maintenance and improvement project
Maintain staff morale as well as a clean and safe work area
Site construction management, servicing and repair
Technical proposals to customers
Pre-empt and trouble shoot on site problems
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superiors

Requirements

Meticulous, hardworking and willing to learn
Good team player and able to work independently
Strong work ethic and integrity
More than 3 years relevant working experience
Possess Class 3 driving licence
Remuneration commensurate with experience
