What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain financial and operational models to support decision-making across clinical and business functions
Analyse key drivers including service codes, workload, NPR, and cost/ revenue trends
Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis (ETL) to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial reporting datasets
Build dashboards, automated reports, and performance tracking tools (P&L, IP/OP performance, OT margins, etc.)
Support charge code creation and governance, ensuring alignment with service rules and financial accuracy
Deliver regular financial and management reports with insights on trends, variances, and performance drivers
Monitor and evaluate the financial impact of initiatives and operational changes
Drive automation and improvement of reporting processes using analytics tools and data visualisation platforms

What we're looking for

Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics/ Statistics/ Data Science/ Computer Science or related discipline
3 – 5 years of working experience in finance/ financial analytics/ data analytics roles preferably within healthcare finance, operations, or revenue/ cost analysis environments
Strong hands-on proficiency required in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, Tableau and Power BI
Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large, complex datasets and financial logic
Experience in financial reporting, performance analysis, or data modelling
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Good stakeholder communication skills and ability to work across teams
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
