Job Description

We are looking for a junior to senior executive to support Payable functions in the Finance Department. You will attend to the following tasks:

Process suppliers' invoices and staff reimbursement claims.
Assist in month-end accruals
Preparation of Payable Balance Sheet Schedules
Creditors Statement Reconciliation

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
A team player with self-motivation
On the job training will be provided
