Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute mechanical works for gas and hydrogen pipeline commissioning.
- Develop SOPs, emergency plans, and inventory controls.
- Oversee daily Operation and Management to ensure safe, reliable infrastructure performance.
- Enforce statutory codes (WSH, SCDF, EMA, PUB) and internal safety standards.
- Coordinate with teams, clients, and regulators on scopes, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage subcontractors; advise on grants on the future renewable energy compliance.
- Support tenders with Environmental Social Governance scoring and technical reviews.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related course.
- 2-5 years in commissioning or maintenance of gas and/or hydrogen pipeline infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM.
- Valid Singapore driving license, own transport preferred.
