Understanding client's requirements prior to commencement of design work
- Responsible for all design, space planning and conceptualization of ideas (color scheme and materials)
- Preparation of proposals for design work (sketches/3D and detailed drawings)
- Drafting of quotations and work schedule to clients
- Project management overseeing entire project workflow
- Liaising between clients, contractors and vendors till project completion
- Coordination with project team to ensure conformity to design criterion and construction regulations
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
