Drafter (Construction / Stone & Tile Projects) | S$4500 + PB

• Basic Salary up to SGD 4,500 + Performance Bonus
• 5-Day Work Week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Location: Sungei Kadut Loop, Singapore

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, as-built drawings, and quantity take-offs
• Support project teams with engineering documentation and project administration
• Coordinate and update technical drawings in accordance with project requirements
• Ensure drafting accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of drawings
• Assist with ad-hoc drafting assignments and project coordination tasks as required

• Diploma or Degree in Building Construction, Architecture, or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant drafting experience within the construction industry
• Experience in stone and tile shop drawings and cutting lists is highly preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office applications
