Responsibilities:
- Handle key HR processes for designated business units which include payroll, work pass, insurance administration, recruitment, training and development, disciplinary and grievance, employee engagement / relations, and other HR & Office Administration
- Timely submission of Government survey, monitoring and ensure on time submission of statutory reimbursements, e.g. government paid leave, waiver of foreign workers levy, etc...
- Work closely with the line managers to provide relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives and programs
Requirements:
- Min. Poly. Diploma in Human Resource Management , Business Administration or its equivalent
- Min. 3 years of working experience in all aspects of HR administration
- Added advantage for those experienced in the construction or manufacturing industry
- Familiar with Sage EPE payroll software
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Dynamic and result-driven character
- Be meticulous, resourceful and able to handle multitask
- 5-working day a week
